What to include

Describe the issue and include the email associated with your account, your device type, and any relevant screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Privacy and account deletion

For data access or deletion requests, email us from the address associated with your account. You can also delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Kovie support is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
