Finding housing in college is one of the most stressful, opaque, and random experiences in a student's life. You shouldn't have to chase landlords through Facebook groups, sign a lease without knowing your roommate's sleep schedule, or move into a place where the walls are paper thin and the management doesn't return calls.

Kovie is being built by college students for college students. Every feature comes from a real conversation about what college housing actually feels like — and what it should be instead. We're starting near University of Arkansas because that's where we are. We'll do it right here, then go everywhere.
